The flow diagram indicates eight steps of making smoked fish. The first step is killing fish and them emptying the fish. The second step is to preserve fish in the salt and water, which will cost thirty minutes. Then, fish will be fired for five minutes before putting them into a fish bucket.
The first four steps provide a good preparation for the fifth step and also the most importance process which is called smoking. The fish bucket is made of wood. The burning coal is at the bottom of the whole bucket, and covered by a layer of saw dusts. The space between sawdust and the top is bucket is packed with fish. After the smoking step, all fished will be divided into two types. One types is smoking fish which will be packed in boxes and the other one will be further processed by yellow coloring and then packed into buckets. Finally, all the boxes and buckets will be loaded into trucks.
