The diagram illustrates how shellfish are prepared for the global market.

Overall, there are three main stages, which are catching, labelling and processing, in order to ensure the quality of those shellfish at the markets. It is noticeable that the catching phrase will be operated via satellite.

Looking at the details, all fishing boats will be equipped with a special device called GPS that enable them to function automatically. However, these ships are monitored from a land base via a satellite. In the next stage, the shellfish undergoes a system, in which it will label them with a barcode service as a certification for the batch.

After being labelled, they will be transferred to the processing plant. In this phrase, the shellfish will be washed and checked whether if they are qualified for the local and international market or not. Finally, the packages that meet the market condition are distributed to customers from different places through trucks and planes.
