The maps compare the alteration which occurred in the district park from 2004 through to 2014. At first glance, it is evident that the most noticeable changes occurred for the enhancement of car park in comparison with other alterations.
To begin with the north part of the park, the existence of tennis courts, car park and children’s play area has been expanded into a larger building in 2014. To the south of children’s play area, there was a new children’s soft play area which has been developed in the next 10 years. In contrast, the presence of football ground and the entrance remained unchanged over the entire period.
In accordance with the other changes, 2004 to 2014 witnessed the replacement of the green area which was minimized in 2014 where it has been replaced by new toilets and smaller green area where there was a new café inside new green area. To the west of the green area, the position of pond in 2004 was altered by new boating area in which it was located in the east of new picnic area by the end of the period shown.
