Overall, the development process involves three main stages, with the later versions being more convenient and complicated than the previous ones.
Taking a close look at picture A, the first cooking equipment version was simple, which was a large pottery pot with narrow mouth put on a piece of stone. Looking at the following stage in picture B, cooking equipment is developed into a clay shield with large round mouth on which human put a pot including food to cook.
In the following stage of advancement depicted in picture C, cooking equipment is made of metal with two layers. The upper one is a clay lining which includes a grate for charcoal to provide heat, three supports for pot and a handle. The ground layer has a door through which air flows inside and ash is pushed out.
