The given line graph illustrates the eating of sweet food which produces acid in the mouth, causing tooth decay. The high acid levels are measured by PH levels. Overall, it can be seen that the three consumption marely rise even though they experienced fluctuative.
According to the line graph, the first moment eaten to 5 minutes, fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey are significant fall from 7 to approximately 3.5, 4.5 and 4.8 PH level respectively. Interestingly, from 5 minutes to 10 minutes, fruit sugar and honey have the same level almost 5 while cane sugar has risen significantly to 4 PH level. After 20 minutes, time elapses after eating sugar or honey, three of them rise dramatically. Honey has around 6.8 PH level, fruit sugar is at 5.5 whilst cane sugar is at 4.5.
The second moving from 20 minutes to 40 minutes, both of fruit sugar and honey reach gradually at the same PH levels which peaked at 7 PH level in 35 minutes and remain stable until in the last 40 minutes. Besides, cane sugar rises sharply at 7 at the end of minutes.
