The line graph dedicated three types of the total quantity of enquiries that were analized by a Tourist Information Office from Jan to June of the year 2011, in terms of personal, by letter or by telephone requests.
Overall, while the enquiries received by individuals and telephone rose significantly, the number of email or letter sent fall in a considerable trend over six months.
At the beginning of the period, it can be observed obviously that the information collected by telephone played the most important part of the total enquiries, which stand at approximately 900. Besides, the figures for letter/email and individual requests was about nearly 750 and over 400 respectively.
In contrast, the trend fluctuate strongly during from March to the last point of 6 months. The Tourist Information Office witnessed the dramatic increase of enquiries received in person, reaching a peak at 1900 in June, which was the highest proportion of enquiries compared to the remainings. Additionally, the percentage of telephone’s requests dropped to the second position at the same time (1600), while the enquiries from telephone decreased dramatically to 380 in June, making this became the smallest quantity of analysed report.
