citizens who aged from 15 to 64 experienced a fluctuation three decades later,
prior to being subjected to a marked decrease toward the end of the survey,
ending at approximately 45%.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:
"Times New Roman",serif">Between 1960 and 1990, there was a remarkable drop of
10% in the rate of population aging less than 14 years old, which is then predicted
to decline gradually to reach the trough at 10% in 2040. Meanwhile, the statistic
for the 65-and-plus group has surged by 30% and is going to peak at the same
level as the 15-64 group. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
