The graph below shows the proportion of four different materials that were recycled from 1982 to 2010 in a particular country

For paper &cardboard , there were fluctuation between 1982 and 1994. After that, there were a decreasing in per cent from 1994 till 2010.
For glass containers, there were downwards in per cent from 1982 till 1990. On the other period from 1990 till 2010, numbers has increased and upwards at the highest level.
For aluminum cans, per cent has been increasing from 1986 and get upwards till 2010.
For plastics, there were stabilized in numbers from 1994 till 1998. From 2002 to 2006 numbers remained steady and roughly increased in 2010.
