The graphs depict the number of Freedonia male and female workers (in thousand) in six sectors between 1975 and 1995.
Overall, we can see that, the period saw a consistency in the number of male workers in various sector. Moreover, the figure for female workers increased relatively during this period.
Regarding to male sectors, the number of male employees in Public Sector Non Defence, Wholesale, Manufacturing and Communications Stayed at around 825, 700, 650, 300 respectively. By contrast there was two sectors (Finance/Banking and Public Sector Defence) which experienced an upward and downward trend, while the former rose slightly around 415 to 445 and the letter decreased by approximately 30 from 225 to 195.
In other hand, the figure for female worker in Wholesale and Communications increased significantly by almost 240 and 200 severally, succeeded overtake male workers. Likewise, Finance/Banking and Public Sector Defence in female workers witnessed an upward trend, which showed an incline from roughly 125 to 430 and 20 to 105, while the former had close level with male workers and the letter experienced enormous climb by 400%. However, the number of female workers did not change in two sector (Public Sector Non Defence and Manufacturing) stable at around 650 and 30 severally between 1975 and 1995.
