Write a report for a university teacher describing the information shown.

The chart displays the amount of male and female workers in the Republic of Fredonia in 6 different job sectors during 1975 and 1995.

Evidently, the employment in Fredonia in 1975 was predominantly male in all sectors, especially in the public non-defence sector. In 1995 the scenario changed as there was an upsurge in the recruitment of female workers and was dominating in communications and wholesale and retail trade.

Men in 1975 Fredonia was visibly ahead of women in manufacturing, finance/banking, wholesale & retail trade, public defence and non-defence sector during 1975. In manufacturing, more than 600 male employees was seen against female employees of 300, indicating a greater proportion of male workers than female workers, which is also seen in all job sectors excluding communications.

recruitment of female workers have made a remarkable progress after 20 years in 1995, with increased employment of female workers in communications, finance/banking, wholesale & retail trade, defence and non defence sector. communication, wholesale & retail trade and finance/banking were the 3 areas that witnessed the greatest rise in female employment of approximately 350 workers each, overtaking male workers in the communication and wholesale & retail trade sector.
