Now, the new store has occupied this area and the market has been moved to the right side. Above the new store in 2000 was the train station, but overtime it was turned into a police station and above the new market ,an airport was built. The empty land between the university and the city center was converted into a new train station and right next to it is the train line. Including two plots of land on both sides of the university that are also urbanized by adding hall of residence and new shopping centre.
