The maps below show an island, before and after the construction of some tourist facilities.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons were relevant.
The two maps illustrate how an island looked before and after the tourist facilities were developed there.
Overall, the addition of new building and huts have completely changed the facade of the land. The newly built amenities include living areas, an eating place and various leisure activities.
Initially, the island was a ghostly uninhabited place, with some signs of vegetation in the east and west. It was wholly surrounded by sea on all sides and a small beach could be found on the western tip.
After the mega construction, a large peer was added to the southern coast. This leads to the reception area, while behind it is a restaurant. All of these structures are connected by a vehicle track that runs in circle around the reception building. Moreover, accommodation for visitors are setup to the west and the east of the central reception area, that are accessible via the footpath. Also, the beach has been re-purposed to make it suitable for swimming for tourist's pleasure.
