The diagram illustrates how a coastal town has undergone the metamorphosis of being a Gotham city from 1995 to the present.
Overall, this area has changed significantly transforming both the inside structure and the seaside to be a modernised area, such as the disappearance of the public park and the building-up of the accommodation.
On the inside of the two-map, to the upside of this, it is observed that the number of houses has grown up rapidly along the street, mixing with the appearance of the car park. Besides, it is seen that while the sports area has been replaced to be the dining zone, several hotels have been upgraded to rise skyscrapers. While the cafeteria has remained unchanged, the fish market has been removed to build more houses until now.
Looking at the surrounding diagram, to the northeast of this area, while golf and tennis courses have appeared by the merging of farmland, the public park has been destroyed to construct holiday homes. The morning fish boat, moreover, has been demolished radically to construct more yachts on the far side of the sea at the moment.
