The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.

Writing task 1
The pie chart demonstrated the rate of one hundred visitors who visited the Parkway Hotel in the years 2005 and 2010.
The different colors represent several customer service rates. If we compare excellent response in the year 2005 with the year in 2010 we can see that it is increased from 5% to 28%. On the other hand, very poor response has dramatically declined by 15% in 2005 to 4% in the year 2010.
Good response begins from 14% in 2005 and, reach 39% in 2010 whereas Satisfactory response reduces from 45% in 2005 to 17% in 2010. The poor response is decreased by 9 % from the year 2005 to 2010.
The overall pie chart is showing the improvement in customer services as compared to the year 2005 to the year 2010 but huge changes came in excellent, good and satisfactory response. The questionnaire was the same in both years.
