The given pie chart illustrates the percentage of main reasons in agricultural land become less and less productive. Moreover, the given table indicates the proportion of regions affected of the world, categorised in 3 different reasons, within a period of 90s.

Overall, in pie chart, the percentage of worldwide land damaged by deforestation was dominant. It is also worth pointing out that Europe which country was the most hit by 3 main causes.

To begin with, it is reported that there were 30% worldwide land caused by deforestation, followed by the figure for over-cultivation which was lower than that by 2%. Meanwhile, over-grazing damaging to worldwide soil occupied about one third which was higher than that of other reasons by nearly 5 time.

Turning to the given table, the percentage of land degraded by deforestation in North America was the lowest hurt country while that of Europe show an opposite pattern. It is followed by the figure for Oceania was 1.7%. in addition to this, it is recorded that the percentage of North America land degradation caused by over-cultivation was 3.3%, which was roughly 2 times lower than that of Europe. Fortunately, Oceania was no longer damaged by over-cultivation. Furthermore, the proportions of total land degraded In North America, Europe, Oceania were 5%, 23% and 13%, respectively.
