The two pie charts above illustrate the percentages of online sales for four categories (books, clothes, film/music, and travel) in New Zealand in the years 2003 and 2013.

Overall, in 2003, the biggest proportion of online sales was the travel sector, whereas in 2013 it was film/music. The online sales for books and clothes varied a little.

Throughout the given period, the online sales for the travel and film/music sectors had opposite trends. In 2013, 37% of online sales were spent on travel. this figure saw a decrease of 8% by 2013. In contrast, online sales for movies and music grew from 22% to 33%.

Over the given period, people spent almost the same amount of money on books and clothes. In 2003, online sales for books was 22%, while by 2013 this number slightly declined to 16%. Similarly, in 2003 and 2013, the percentage of online sales for books changed a little, from 19% to 22%, respectively.
