The pie graph shows the percentage of different elements in three types of diets
The pie graphs compare the proportion of carbohydrates, protein and fat in three different types of diet, namely, average diet, healthy diet, and healty diet for sport
Overall, carbohydrates are rather important to all three types of diet, followed by protein and fat.

In contrast, an average diet needs 40% of protein, which is exactly same to the amount of carbohydrates in this category. Whilst a healthy diet contains 30% of protein, the number of which is 5% higher than the number for a healthy diet for sport.
