To begin, the number of visitors to Ashdown Museum increased by 18000 in the year after the reconstruction. In the year prior to the refurbishment, most of the people about 40% were dissatisfied with their visit. On the contrary, 30% of the people voted on being satisfied with their visit. In comparison, only 25% people felt extremely about their experience with 10% being very disappointed and 15% being very happy with their visits. And the rest 5% had no response when asked about their experience of the tour to the museum.
On the other hand, most of the visitors (75%) from the year after the renovation was happy with their visit, with 40% being satisfied and 35% being very satisfied. In comparison, only 15% of the people felt disappointed and 5% people had a very dissatisfactory experience. But, the people with no response stayed constant over the years at 5%.
