Initially, 74,000 attendees visited this museum, and the two fifths of them did not satisfy, being higher than one in ten feeling very dissatisfied. However, almost a third and one in five gave satisfied and very satisfied feedback, running. Furthermore, only a twentieth did not response the survey, being the lowest.
Eventually, the number of people attending this public attraction increases significantly to 92,000, and the refurbishment positively impacts a growth of satisfaction in the visit at a two-fifth, followed by that of very satisfied at a third. Additionally, it reduces dramatically the number of visitors experiencing unhappy tour by a quarter, then the proportion of no response and extremely dissatisfied is similar at 5%.
