The table gives information on the worldwide market share of the notebook computer market for manufacturers for two years, 2006 and 2007.
Overall, in both years, the consumptions of HP and Dell was sightly rose higher than that in the other companies, while the number of Fujitsu-Siemens was lowest in 2007.
The number of HP was 31.4% in 2006, this number gradually went up to 34% in 2007. The company Dell increased from 16.6% in 2006 to 20.2% in 2007, through Acer declined sharply from 11.6% in 2006 to 10.7% of all notebook computers in 2007.
The other companies fluctuated small share of the notebook computer market. While Toshiba raised from 6.2% in 2006 to 7.2% in 2007, Lenovo dipped minimally from 6.6% to 6.2 %. The data of Fujitsu-Siemens fell steeply from 2006 to 2007: from 4.8% to only 2.3% of the market.
Other notebook computer reduced from 22.8% in 2006 to 19.3% in 2007 of the market. However, the other notebook higher than all the companies except both HP and Dell.
