As Denmark was slight higher from Belgium as it was 0.8 millions of euros higher than Belgium, which was 1 million of euros.
Turning for table of bananas, Switzerland stand out as much higher fair amount than UK, which was million of euros, in 1999 and increase three-time higher in 2004.
