Phone use
The pie graph illustrates the reasons for using phones of teens in an African nation from 2016 to 2019.
Overall, it can be seen that there are four main reasons for teenagers to use phones. The section of social networks is the largest percentage; however, the part of making calls by phone is just the smallest one.
Looking more closely at the graph, social networks were the first positions for using phones mostly of teenagers between 2016 and 2019, with a jump of from half to 56 percent, in which they slightly dropped in 2017, with 48 percent. Otherwise, using phones for calling ranked the modest ones from 2016 to 2019, with 10 percent and 5 percent, in which they slightly changed in 2017 and 2018, with 13 percent and 11 percent.
Furthermore, usage for digital cameras modestly increased between 2016 and 2019 by 5 percent, 15 percent and 20 percent , the growth was slight in the period 2017-2018 from 15 percent to 18 percent, by 3 percent. Besides, email fell by 6 percent between 2016 and 2019, from 25 percent to 19 percent, in which they dramatically dropped by 4 percent between 2017 and 2018, with 24 percent and 20 percent.
