The table gives information about the proportion of water used for distinct purposes in four countries.
Overall, while Egypt, Saudi Arabica show the largest amount of water in agriculture, Industry ranks first in New Zealand and Canada. Moreover, almost all countries use the least water for domestic purposes except Canada.
Looking at more details in agriculture, it is obvious that nearly four-fifths of water in Egypt is used for it, roughly eight times as much as the figure for Canada. With 64 percent, Saudi Arabica ranks second in statistics of agriculture, 20% higher than the number of New Zealand. In addition, the majority of water in Canada is consumed for the industry with 70%, sevenfold to the lowest number of Egypt (10%). New Zealand and Saudi Arabica ranks second and third, with the former at 46 percent and the latter at 30 percent.
Regarding domestic use, the number of Egypt, Saudi Arabica and New Zealand ranges from 6 to 10. However, 20 percent of water for households is recorded in Canada and becomes the highest number among four countries.
