The given three cyclic charts highlight the information about the changes in expenditure for a UK school during the year of 1981, 1991, and 2001. The data is calibrated in per centum.

It can be seen that the teacher salaries was spending two-fifths in the year 1981; while it increased in the year 1991, and spent 50 per cent of the total. In addition to this, the furniture and equipment spent most in the year 2001 about less than a quarter but they had spent only 5 per cent in the year 1991. Furthermore, the insurance spent only 2 per cent of the total in the year 1981 and it increased up to 8 per cent in the year 2001.

Secondly, the resources were being less than a fifth in the year 1981; and were surged up to 5 per cent in the year 1991. In addition to this, resources were spent only 9 per cent of the total in the year 2001. Moreover, other workers' salaries were spent 28, 22, and 15 per cent respectively in the year 1981, 1991, and 2001.

Overall, it is evident that the spending on insurance gradually increasing, while other workers' salaries decreased and rest three fluctuated.
