Essay topics:

The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and in 2010.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

These two maps depict the ways to get into a City hospital in 2007 and 2010. It is obvious that many significant changes were made during 3 years due to the installment of new facilities.

As it is clear on the map, two roundabouts are added which did not exist in 2007. One of the roundabouts connects the city road and Hospital road while the other links the hospital road to the city hospital. The second change is about the car park. There was just one car park for both staff and public cars in 2007 but during 3 years it has been developed and separated into 2 different places. A new public car park is built in the east side of the hospital. Furthermore, there is another change referring to the bus stop. The bus stop was in the east side and a little far from the hospital but in 2010 it has been moved to the south-west and it can be reached from both roundabouts.

All in all, the comparison of the two maps shows an extensive change in facilities of the City hospital and the ways of accessing it.
