Dear Sir,
I am Kamalpreet, I am writing this letter to complaint you about the printer, I bought from your authorized store, around six month ago. I am working as freelance marketing agent and almost every week I have to send hard copies of official proposals to different advertisement agencies. It almost a month I am facing issue with my printer. There are numerous problem with it. Firstly, it leaves black spot all over the page, whenever I take black-white printouts. Secondly, Incase of color printout it does not print letters, that are in red and blue colours. Lastly, It also make substantial noise while printing more than twenty pages at one.
I am unable to perform my work efficiently from home, because even for printing out a single page I have to reach out to the closest printing shop which is 2 miles away from my home. Also I am spending a lot of extra money for each print. My printer is still under warranty and the model number is AMEX-4689C and for your reference I am also providing my purchase order number, that is 18764679A9. I am really disappointed with your product and want a replacement for this printer or provide me a fix of this issue as soon as possible.
