I am writing this letter to inform you of the improper schedule and rude behavior of the staff of the public transportation in our area.
The first issue is the bad schedule of the transport vehicles. I want to draw your attention to the local management's improper schedule for the buses which does not suit the working time of the people of our area. For instance, most of the people leave for their workplaces from 7:00 to 7:30 AM to start working at 8:00 AM, but the number of buses leaving the station has been decreased in this time period while it has been shifted to between 9-2:00 PM. This is highly inefficient move from their side as it costs people working hours and their respective salaries.
Similarly, the local station staff is very rude. It has become a routine to start arguing over petty issues and often lead to brawls. This is very unprofessional behavior on their side. They should listen to genuine complaints and issues of the commuters to help them reach their destinations in time.
These conditions are costing people's precious time and money as well as it is an unethical trend in the society to be late for work and engage in scuffles everyday. I request you to kindly reschedule more buses to rush hours in the morning and notify the local staff in strict way to be professional and provide the best of their services to common people.
