I am your tenant resting on Rose apartment in the flat number 6. I am writing this letter to inform you about the disturbance has been made by one of the neighbors.
As a matter of fact, recently, the children of Mr. Tom, the resident on the third floor, have made a lot of noise by playing violin and guitar all day and night. Because of this inconvenience, my husband and I are not able to get sufficient rest.
Last night, I requested Mr. Tom to ask their children to practice their musical instrument in the time ,8 am to 6 pm, we are at work. Unfortunately, He started arguing and defied my proposal.
I desperately ask you to talk with him about this issue and resolve it. Otherwise, you inform him that I will do further action and complain to the council
