A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening. Write a letter to your relative. In your letter:
– explain the arrangements you have made for them to get keys and enter the house
– tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house
– say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening
Dear Dulal,
hope the letter finds you well. I am very happy that you came to visit on friday, 18th October. you tell in your last letter that you will start your journey at 10 p.m thursday and reach Dhaka at 8 a.m friday morning. Unfortunate, I have to go to office that day because same foreign delegates want to visit our office that and they want to confirm a new project deal with us. But you don't have to worried about this matter. I already tell my neighbour mr. Rahman about you and I gave him my house key so that you do not have any problem to enter my house. after you get off from the train at komlapur station you can find taxi station in front of the main gate. Hire one and tell him to my address to that he can understand where to go and how to go. When you reach here ask mr. Rahman to give the house key. then, refresh yourself and take some rest. I will come from office at 5 p.m in the evening. after returning home we together share a plethora of our past memories and go my favorite restaurant for dinner.
hope you will reach safe and healthy. give regards to your parents.
From love,
Shaimoon
