Dear Goldy,
Hey! How are you? Hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter in response to the offer sent by you.
Last time, when we met in Chandigarh I told you that, I have been working as a senior filling officer in WWICS one of the most reputed agencies of the immigration field and you told me about your immigration company which started six years ago.
I was very excited while saying that it will just fun working together but I never thought that you will take that so seriously and offer me a position at your office.
I feel jubilant about learning about your reputation in the field of immigration even though, I cannot join your company immediately. As per my contract with my company, it will complete after three months hence, I would not be able to work with you for a few months. I have to drop a resignation letter to my human resource manager, in order, to let them know that, I will not be able to continue after completion of the contract and new renewal is required.
I will be able to accept your offer only after my resign acceptance because I cannot commit you in advance about joining your company. In case, if you can hold the position for some time, till my resign is accepted by the management then I will be able to work with you. But if you want someone right now for work, I can ask my junior, she has recently dropped her job and she has enough knowledge about the filling.
Thank you for such an exciting offer simultaneously sorry for not accepting the same. Write me back and let me know your decision.
