Last month you had a holiday overseas where you stayed with some friends. They have just sent you some photos of your holiday.
Write a letter to your friends.
In your letter:
• thank them for the photos and the holiday
• explain why you didn't write earlier
• invite them to come and stay with you
Hi Ayesha and Sarah,
Hope you both are doing. Although it’s such a short time since we saw each other, it feels much longer. Thank you so much for the lovely memorable holiday as well as for sending me our precious photos which I am going to cherish forever.
I am sorry for writing to you late as you know being an Architect it sometimes gets very tough to get out of the zone. For the last few days I was extremely busy working on a new restaurant project which we are soon going to launch. It’s in its final stages so a lot of detailed attention is required. Hope you understand.
After completion of this project I am off for a few days. I would be really glad if you guys come over to mine. There is plenty of room in my house and I will pick you from the airport. We will regain all the memories from childhood to recent holiday together. Looking forward to showing you around my country, its unique places, food as well as culture. I really hope you can make it
Take care and write back to me.
Sidra
