Dear Mark,
Hope this letter finds you in radiant and high spirits.
I have moved to your apartment, L-129, Museum street lately with my wife and kids.The location is great and my family is loving the sea-view from the apartment.
However, we are facing few problems with pre-existing furniture in the apartment. The furniture smells funny and I am afraid that the wooden chairs also have termites or bed-bugs in them. We tried applying pesticides in the tiny holes and sun dried the furniture, but that was futile. This has made me worried about well-being of my family.
Since, as you are aware that we agreed upon rent of apartment keeping in consideration that apartment is fully furnished. Appreciate, if you could replace this ageing furniture with a new one. As I do not want to overburden you, I'll be fine even if you want to reduce the total number of wooden chairs, provided you replace them with brand new chairs.
Please call me or text me on the contact number that you already have, if you want me to send any pictures or you need more details. I anticipate your positive response on the proposal.
