Dear Sir,
I am Lina, working in the PMO department. Last year I was allocated for the Project TSE in the Telekom domain for the aired customer in Janson city, Canada. I am writing this letter to inform you about my work experience in this project along with the request for training.
As you are aware, I am allocated for this project as an SM ( Scrum Master ), I tried very hard to teach the process to the customer as well as our employees. It was very complex for me to implement the Agile methodology as either the customer or I never attend any training program nor certified in this process. I discuss and learn some tips from one of our team members Mr john regarding the process implementation as he is the only one person who completed the training in Agile methodology.
According to my knowledge, I tried my best to implement. But I still, need to do more. Nowadays customers asking to implement all the activities related to scrum for every week as they planing for a fast delivery method. Even they recommending using the tools in this process which I don’t have much awareness of.
Could you please help to approve my agile training request for the upcoming year, which will help me a lot in this project to achieve customer expectations. I appreciate your attention and thank you for your understanding and support.
