Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention to problems with irregular bus service that I have been experiencing for over a fortnight.
Let me explain to you the problems that people confront and limited bus service is one of them. Adding fuel to the fire is its schedule and as such buses, do not run on time. On the weekends, the situation is quite different as there are no buses available on my home route from the office.
Though I have my own vehicle, due to the rising of conventional fuels, it becomes impossible for me to travel by my own vehicle due to the expensive traveling cost. Apart from this, reaching late at my workplace has become a part of my routine due to the lesser amount of bus service from my house to downtown. I suffer both financially and mentally, I am able to get only half of my wages because of deduction on my salary due to reaching late. As a result, I could manage my weekly expenses.
I would be grateful if you could make the bus service frequent on the above-mentioned route. It would be convenient for the people to move easily to any place and working people like me would suffer mentally and financially. I hope you will look into this matter and take expedited action to resolve the case.
