Write a letter to a restaurant manager to organise a party Why you want to give the party What special arrangements you will need Any relevant question

Dear Sir,

I hope your day is going great. I'm writing this letter to inform you about organizing a dinner party at your restaurant. This is a gathering for my extended family members and it's going to commence by 7pm next week Friday.

First, the reason I would be giving this party is to ensure that the kids get to know their cousins, uncles, aunts and grand parents. According to my mom, this dinner party is a good development and signifies a long awaited get together for the whole family to eat, meet and talk. It's definitely going to be awesome!

In addition to things mentioned earlier, my wife prefers that the dinner should be a buffet. Can you remember the appetizer I had at your restaurant the last time? We'd need to have that before our main meal. Also, make arrangements for a crate of neither Budweiser nor Tiger beer for us. The kids need soft drinks too, so they won't be left out. It's expedient that needs everyone is carried along; it's a great accomplishment.

Lastly, I would like to know whether we are going to stay in the general or private section of your outfit? Plans have been made but we can make adjustments.

I hope to hear from you at the earliest.

Yours faithfully,

Adam Grant
