Write a letter to your colleague asking for help in setting up the equipment for your presentation In your letter you should tell when and where the presentation will take place describe your arrangements tell him her what equipment you need

Dear Elijah,

I am writing this letter to request you to provide me with your assistance to set up the necessary equipment for my presentation in front of my clients and group manager.

The presentation will take place tomorrow at 5 PM in the conference hall room and it is about the New Strategic Planning to acquire a business in IT infrastructure services. The presentation will talk about the latest techniques used in the IT industry to practice which will reduce the cost of investment and huge profits for the next half-decade.

Moreover, I have arranged tea, coffee, and snacks for our audiences after the presentation for small talks and discussion about the new strategies planning to capture business by getting new clients. Besides, there will be a list of questions I have prepared to get feedback from my presentation which will decide the next step for our firm.

Since my presentation will be the next day, I would request to set up the following hardware which is a mike, speakers, and a projector. Please ensure that the mike should be wireless as I'll be moving around the stage during my presentation and wired mike will not allow many movements and could cause trouble with sound during the presentation. Apart from this, please make sure the sitting arrangement is row-wise, and not in the form of groups around the tables.

I hope this will not be any trouble for you and you will be able to set it all up in no time as you are an expert at it.

Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
