Hello Sergey,
I am writing in regards with water leak issue in the en suite bathroom of the apartment which you rent us.
The mentioned problem has been taking place since yesterday when my wife flushed water from a toilet. Unfortunately, flushing button has stuck in its bottom position and it does not want to return back which causes the permanent water leak from toilet's tank into drainage. Afterwards we made several attempts to fix the problem, but without any luck. Currently we left the toiled with closed inlet and cannot use it which causes a lot of discomfort for us.
In my opinion, as far as I do not have necessary tools to perform a repair job, the problem requires an attention of a professional plumber in order to replace or repair flushing mechanism. Probably, you are able to cope with this issue without engaging anyone else. Please, let us know which option to go.
