Dear Mr. James,
I am tenant in one of your properties in Royal Avenue. I am writing to bring your attention to some furniture in substandard condition that you have specified in our rental agreement.
Me and my family have been living in 2/43 Royal Avenue for six months. We were excited when we moved this unit. We found that some furnitures and appliances were in defective conditions. The sofa sets have broken legs. They are unusable. Also, the cushion's colour has faded out. On top of that the refrigerator in the kitchen does not maintain the desired temperature. And cupboard door locks are missing. Overall, some of the furniture and stuff you have provided are in faulty conditions.
I request you to look into this matter urgently. When I signed the rental contract, you have promised to replace these some of the furniture. Six months have already elapsed, but nothing has been done. I expect your action on this as soon as possible for our living and well-being.
