Dear Sir/Madam,
Recently, I have rented an apartment from you for a period of six months. I am working as an Engineer in a software company and do prepare for myself for next day official assignments at home also which requires polite environment in the house.
As you know the weather of city is very hot and it is impossible to live without air conditioning because rooms get suffocated due to high temperature. Moreover, floor tiles of the kitchen and bathrooms are slippery and its too much difficult to walk on these floors without slippers. Last week my wife slipped in the bathroom and got fracture in the right foot.
As you probably know that window ac not lower down temperature so please install new split ac into the bedro om. Similarly change the floor tiles of both kitchen and bathroom because it creates hurdles for smooth walking.
