Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing a letter to appreciate your services for a party organised at your hotel. Actually, this has arranged for celebrated 90 th birthday of my relative and about one hundred people joined this.
We had enjoyed it very much because of snacks and dinner which was available in vegetarian and non- vegetarian so delicious . Apart from that, music system of rock and pop background was also very enjoyable. The soothing and hygienic environment also plays a beneficial role for the success of party. Twenty waiters wandering around the hall and serving snacks from time to time.
All guests have attained unique experience in this function due to the services and sitting plans which was so pleasant for all. I never attend as such birthday party in my life. It should possible only beacause of your services and arrangements which is totally marvellous.
