Dear Martin ,
I am tenant in your apartment.I would like to inform you that I am leaving this flat in next month and want to thank you for all the assistance you gave me.

I am very lucky to had a house owner like you.Y ou supported me in all my difficult situations and gave me more freedom.you cared me as my parent and I would like to thank you abundantly for being kind to me.

I got a job in ernakulam, which is near to my home town.So it is easy for me to access my home from my office. On the one side i am very happy to be in my home, but at the same time i feel sad to vacate from this house.

I would like to introduce my friend to you,who like to stay here.she is working in my office and from thrissur.she is now staying in a hostel, which she found difficult to live.So recommended this flat to her and she like to rent this flat.

I hope you would like to accommodate one who is like me.

Yours faithfully,
Neenu varghese.
