Dear Sir,

I am Mathel Jane your tenant in 13- B apartment. I am very sad to inform you that my education is going to complete with this month and I planned to move back to Canada my country. Your immense help and assistance in various issues helped for smooth running of my education. I always felt your presence as secured and safe. Your family members were also very sweet to me and treated me like one of your children.

thank you for all your support and renting me your house at such minimum price. I shared my views about you and your kind nature with my friend William who is also very impressed. he wants to join as tenant to this house and want to discuss with you about same. I am sure you equally like him as he is also a very nice person. Currently he is staying in a hostel which is very far from his work place. With your permission I share your contact details and timing to discuss further issues. Once again I thank you for making me very comfortable with your kindly nature.
