You are organizing a trip to the Snowy Mountains in New South Wales for a group of students from Perth in Western Australia. Write to the manager of Student Hostel Services and explain
when you want to visit the Snowy Mountains,
how long you will stay,
how many students are in your party,
and what accommodation you will require.
Dear Mr. John,
My name is Robert Jane and I have received your contact details from one of my friends who availed your services recently. He gave very good feedback about your hospitality and arrangements. So we would also like to go for the same hotel situated in Snowy Mountains.
I am arranging a trip of five days for the students of Perth in Western Australia. We are a group of 15 including 2 other staff memers. We would arrive on 6th April. We will check in first, put the luggage and then directly go for sight-seeing.
We would prefer three sharing room as it will be economical for the students and convenient as well.We have blankets, torch, gloves with us.We would appreciate if we get extra blankets with the heater. Also, I checked that breakfast is included in the package.I hope there is no change in it still. Can you please check and let me know if there is any other changes in the packages done?
I am sure you will definitely get back to us.
Yours sincerely,
Robert Jane
