Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Vinod and I am from Calcutta.From next month onwards,I will relocate to Mumbai.As you are aware that I am relocating with my entire family so I need few information about the area also.I am writing this letter to tell that please arrange a house for us in Bandra,preferably near to our office.
I will move after a month as I haven't received a transfer letter.The reason for relocation is my wife got a transfer from the company as they want her to work there due to an urgent requirement for few projects.
We want a house that should have proper ventilation and an open space.We have a pet also with us.So make sure that apartment is big enough to accommodate pet as well.Balcony will be an added advantage.It will be great if it has garden,swimming pool,play area and other amenities for kids.
I hope you will definitely help us in finding house as per our requirements.
