You are renting a flat from an agency. Your contract was for one year but you need to leave the flat two months early.
Write a letter to the agency. In your letter
introduce yourself
ask to leave the flat before the contract finishes
explain why you need to break the contract.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is manveer singh parmar. I am living in Scott hill apartment No 101 which I rented from your agency. I am writing this letter to request to terminate my contract 2 month early from maturity date.
I rented out flat from your company 9 months ago. Initially our contract term is that I have to stay in apartment for one year but due to some uncontrolled circumstances I want to leave 2 months earlier than the contract date. Which means that next month would be my last month of stay.
As you can also read on contract form that I am working in Multinational IT comapny as software engineer in Vancouver office. Our comapny also has a office in Toronto where they have vacancy of manager in IT department and my company want me to join that position. The joining date is 15th November and in order to be there I have to leave next month. I am very exited for my new position and also exited to be in new city. But in order to fulfill my professional demand I have to breach my contract with out 2 months earlier.
The things are not in my hand but I really enjoyed y stay in your apartment. Hope you will understand my situation and will allow me to leave
Your sincerely
Manveer
