Dear Sir,
I am writing a letter to landlord regarding heating problem at flat.
My name is Harshit Munjal, I am student at English language school in Brighton and loving at private flat with my flat mates, i have been facing this problem since last week.
The problem is water heater is not working. In this winter, it is very hard to bath with cold water and hot water is not available here. Sometimes, I have to go at my friends home for bathing that is so far, my whole day is gone waste and have no time to study. last day, I had an exam and it was gone so bad, I feel so embarrassed when I visit my friend's home specially for bathing.
I would be grateful to you if you can arrange a professional plumber because last time a plumber came, he tried to fix but he did not get success. Please, take action to curb this menace.
