Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to request for some time off work to complete my part-time qualification. To elucidate last year I had joined a company-sponsored part-time program to attain post-graduation diploma in International Business. The program was designed not only to help employees gain knowledge but also improve their chances to work with the International arm of the company. As a part of course curriculum, it is mandatory to attend evening classes from 5 pm to 7 pm, therefore, I would request an early time off work every day.
Furthermore to compensate early time off I am willing to come early to the office. Since the office starts at 9 am I can come to the office at 8 am every day so that I can leave at 5 pm instead of 6 pm. Although it will be hectic for me to manage both the activities at the same time however an additional qualification will not only help me acquire skills but at the same time prove beneficial for the organization. Once I complete my qualification I will be able to assist the company in implementing strategies necessary for growth in the international market.
