Dear Sir Alex,
I really appreciate your help to arrange the accommodation for me, but I have to inform you through this email that I have a major issue with the place which I cannot handle myself.
The major, urgent problem is that there is no hot water in the shower. the plumber I have called said that heater in this building was obsoleted for a long time, and it costs relatively a lot of money which is beyond my financial budget. I cannot survive even a day, especially in the coming winter without a shadow of a doubt.
For your information, I was notified that hot water is available in the arranged accommodation, and I think this one is obviously not the one I expected.
Anyway, I wish this issue can be solved as I am experiencing a great deal of inconvenience. Whether to fix the heater or organize the new accommodation for me, I would like you to take an action as soon as possible.
