You are temporarily moving to a new city for your job. You will be three months, and you would like to rent some accommodation for your stay. Write to an accommodation rental office. In your letter
Tell them how long you are staying
Describe the type of accommodation you would like
Explain what facilities you will need nearby
Dear sir or Madam,
I am writing in regard to renting an appropriate accommodation in your city, Newyork, for three months from March to May.
First of all, I want to say that my travel to your city is a business trip and I will be alone there. So that I am just looking for a small apartment which is in the less distance to downtown. I will only need a bedroom and independent bathroom. The kitchen is not essential for me because I will be so busy with my work and I would not have sufficient time to cook. But the elevator is extremely significant for me as I am unable to use stairs at all.
In addition, I prefer to have access to some facilities in less than 5 minutes such as a fully- equipped gym, shopping centres, famous restaurants, and a hospital. Particularly, I would really like to have easy access to the public transport. I would extremely grateful if you could find an accommodation with these features.
I look forward to receiving your response as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Sarah Smith
