Dear Mr. John,
I am writing to inform you that yesterday while leaving the gym in hurry it slipped from my mind to collect my bag from the locker room.
My name is Jacob Carlos and I have been a member of Gold gym since past 2 years. Yesterday evening when I was training in the gym, I got an urgent call from my home and in hurry I forgot to collect the bag from the locker room.
The bag contains some very important reports from my office which I need to submit urgently.
Although I know that the gym will be closed for next 1 week for renovations, I want your help in recovering the bag at the earliest. My bag is navy blue in colour with brand name American Tourister engrossed in the front. It has 2 compartments and a side pouch.
Once you find the bag, I request you to call on my registered mobile number so that I can come along and collect the same. As the documents in the bag are of top most priority for me, I will highly appreciate a quick response on this.
